Your order will not be deemed accepted until Pawni confirms acceptance. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted. Before submitting your order, review it carefully, as Pawni may not be able to fulfill cancellation requests once the order is accepted.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for domestic or personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be listed in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. When we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Pawni uses Shopify technology to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases you make are between you and Pawni. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any part of the sales process, including injuries, damages, or losses from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities resulting from your transactions with Pawni.
